COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa ETC008612 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stromberg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crestron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mazak product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stromberg such as the MEM86192KMEM86192K192KPM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GLPXHSWFT40 manufactured by Crestron and we are pleased to be able to service most Crestron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HR556 by Manufacturer Mazak as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bailey Brand INNIS21 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as MKD041B144KG1KN equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IVS15W000A made by Sola-Hd as well as the popular IC3600SCZA1 original spares produced by Ge-Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L1SE0114085 by Asco and MKD041B144KG1KN spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F31X302DCIAGG1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electric. |
