COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa DDSCR-U84-116 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fisher-Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the DR1060105 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS012S109SU manufactured by Micro-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DPR960 by Manufacturer Fisher-Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS3800HSHA1D1D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Foxboro such as E83W03HHHP equipment made by Foxboro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Foxboro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Foxboro" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ERA4662 made by Movomatic as well as the popular DS3820MAUC1B1A original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3800NEPA1D1A by Ge and E83W03HHHP spares by Foxboro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DXM490CB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
