COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CPCR-MR-HM-06GG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robotron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yokogawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6AV66470CA113AX0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4520003306 manufactured by Robotron and we are pleased to be able to service most Robotron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR1045B2SN by Manufacturer Yokogawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 6181P15TP2KHSS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Honeywell such as 145069300011450693000114506930001 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6AV78615TB101A made by Siemens as well as the popular SGDV180A01AY405AA original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM21K010 by Escort and 145069300011450693000114506930001 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK110210 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yuken. |
