COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CPCR-MR-152G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Msc-Tuttlingen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eae/man-Roland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Msc-Tuttlingen such as the FOCUSTID6355025 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FPR2OP manufactured by Eae/man-Roland and we are pleased to be able to service most Eae/man-Roland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSJ0024 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand H92B180 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Num such as FK6410342000F equipment made by Num have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Num products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Num" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EURODRIVEDKE made by Sew as well as the popular E177FACUS original spares produced by Intecolor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HE500TIU100H01 by Horner and FK6410342000F spares by Num are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GT1155HS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
