COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CPCR-MR08C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yokogawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out United-Power parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yokogawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yokogawa such as the SR1045B822SNL1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DB25F10004 manufactured by United-Power and we are pleased to be able to service most United-Power systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR1200A022SN1C96S2895 by Manufacturer Yokogawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand 920194900 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Uniop such as eMAC605FE equipment made by Uniop have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Uniop products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Uniop" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6ES53125AA31 made by Siemens as well as the popular 2711NL9 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EZT10CF by Automation-Direct and eMAC605FE spares by Uniop are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC10010AA00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yokogawa. |
