COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CPCR-MR082G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saia products, including obsoleted and phased-out York parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saia such as the EPCX640tcD5640TX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 02430993000 manufactured by York and we are pleased to be able to service most York systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A02B0236C120MBR by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A20B8001029002A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as 910106400 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1700RZ14004A8695 made by Taylor as well as the popular DR1005C802CL1D010432 original spares produced by Yokogawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1784KTCX15 by Allen-Bradley and 910106400 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1CI2001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
