COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CPCR-MR-052G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Automation-Direct products, including obsoleted and phased-out Force-Computer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Horner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Automation-Direct such as the EZS6MR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CPU5TE32852SPARC manufactured by Force-Computer and we are pleased to be able to service most Force-Computer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HE500TIU050B01 by Manufacturer Horner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Idec Brand HG3G8JT22MFB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omin-Vision such as FP12B4G0ZL equipment made by Omin-Vision have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omin-Vision products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omin-Vision" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HISUM22STAB made by Hope as well as the popular GP2300LG41 original spares produced by Pro-Face Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EM04Y by Sartorius and FP12B4G0ZL spares by Omin-Vision are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GP80C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
