COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CPCR-MR02C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynics products, including obsoleted and phased-out American-Autogard parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Koyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynics such as the FX15PTPR01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E520A manufactured by American-Autogard and we are pleased to be able to service most American-Autogard systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GC55EM2 by Manufacturer Koyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hi-elektronik-Bosch Brand HI50023105 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Digital such as GP477REG4124VP278002701 equipment made by Digital have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Digital products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Digital" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G10CTX170 made by Abb as well as the popular GP577SC11 original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HG2ASS22CF by Idec and GP477REG4124VP278002701 spares by Digital are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CutlerHammer920194003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
