COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CPCR-FRO2B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the DSPC172H57310001MPDSPC172H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D7DBA12STA1XXX manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS800NPSF1D1D by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS215SDCCG1AZZ01B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Polysonics such as DCT6088 equipment made by Polysonics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Polysonics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Polysonics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3800HMPJ1A1A made by Ge as well as the popular DS3800HSQD1J1E original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3800NSFE1E1B by Ge and DCT6088 spares by Polysonics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS3800NMEA1P1K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
