COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CIMR-PU4A0139FAA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out United-Power parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cincinnati product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGDB2BADY279 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DB25F10004 manufactured by United-Power and we are pleased to be able to service most United-Power systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 35250969A by Manufacturer Cincinnati as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A05B2301C370 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 6ES59283UB12 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGDB1EADGPY273 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular DCPM original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6181F15TPW7 by Allen-Bradley and 6ES59283UB12 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6AV36883AF370AX0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
