COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CIMR-MR5N40220 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Varan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yokogawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Varan such as the 16059013 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6AV66420DC011AX0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR1045B624SN by Manufacturer Yokogawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand 5204643450 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ndc-Mobicon such as ACC70 equipment made by Ndc-Mobicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ndc-Mobicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ndc-Mobicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 51494420000 made by Eberle as well as the popular BL202AOU original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPCRMR222G by Yaskawa and ACC70 spares by Ndc-Mobicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6FC51030AB010AA2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
