COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CIMR-G7A25P51 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Touch-Panel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the CDMRMR15K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2431TD15S2 manufactured by Touch-Panel and we are pleased to be able to service most Touch-Panel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CIMRAU4A0004FAA by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGDB44ADGY8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yokogawa such as UD1AG3050N6KD2TANS1UD1AG3 equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIMRVU2A0069FAA made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SR1045B624SN original spares produced by Yokogawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CACRIR010101F by Yaskawa and UD1AG3050N6KD2TANS1UD1AG3 spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
