COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CIMR-G5M4045 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sony parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vickers product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the CP15TD124A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DABK3005 manufactured by Sony and we are pleased to be able to service most Sony systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DG4V3S2AMFWB560 by Manufacturer Vickers as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand CSB011CCOENSNNNNNSNNFW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jason-Industrial-Inc such as D457814M115 equipment made by Jason-Industrial-Inc have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CX1000N000CX10010021CX1000COOL made by Beckhoff as well as the popular CM1000DU34NF original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DDC012N100ADS0102FW by Rexroth and D457814M115 spares by Jason-Industrial-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
