COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CIMR-G5M40181F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Foxboro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Foxboro such as the D0148MRA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E4809045245 manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPUB0201FW by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Appleton Brand EBR3034FB30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ivek-Corporation such as DS8AAPLC equipment made by Ivek-Corporation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ivek-Corporation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ivek-Corporation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DLM8450E made by Sorensen as well as the popular DSQC358C original spares produced by Atlas-Copco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E4809770104A by Okuma and DS8AAPLC spares by Ivek-Corporation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DMR500X00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
