COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CIMR-G3A25P5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Barber-Colman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the DS3800HSCC1D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GCMECH001 manufactured by Barber-Colman and we are pleased to be able to service most Barber-Colman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ES281CMB by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS3800NMEC1D1C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hios such as CLTAY61 equipment made by Hios have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hios products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hios" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E1SHFD63B175 made by Ite as well as the popular DS200TCCBG8BED original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS20004A by Ivek-Corporation and CLTAY61 spares by Hios are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CLV1000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Polytec. |
