COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CIMR-F7U40P41 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cmc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bell--Gossett parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gtr-Brother product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cmc such as the BMR4045DPA000cS000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C161245 manufactured by Bell--Gossett and we are pleased to be able to service most Bell--Gossett systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BG31M18010TK4A by Manufacturer Gtr-Brother as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand BPH0953N5AA2CA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as C6T34NK14A equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BL200001 made by Warner as well as the popular CGP37TB original spares produced by Modicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BG3B031B by Brother and C6T34NK14A spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BPH0752N5MA2CA1T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
