COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CIMR-AT2A0030FAA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGD02BS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGDB10ADGY1 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CIMRP7U4030 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGMP08UW14CM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yokogawa such as DB5C015G2B9A4G2UB5C015N equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2707M485P3 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular CIMRMR5A27P50 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PB15C4D7A by Allen-Bradley and DB5C015G2B9A4G2UB5C015N spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMRAT4A0005FAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
