COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CACR-UP6AAC / JUSP-RCP01AAD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the CM1500HC66R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CM400DU12F manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CB10021701REVD by Manufacturer Westronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand CIN624A984G52B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Branson such as DC480B equipment made by Branson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Branson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Branson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CM75E3Y24H made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular DDC012N100ADS6800FW original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DDS032W015B by Indramat and DC480B spares by Branson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CSCR1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fmc. |
