COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CACR-U1R050505FD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Antek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Radisys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Best-Power product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Antek such as the ECF15CD0002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EXPVIDB61065422B00350044 manufactured by Radisys and we are pleased to be able to service most Radisys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D559056 by Manufacturer Best-Power as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand DXM780 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Galil-Motion such as DMC2180 equipment made by Galil-Motion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Galil-Motion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Galil-Motion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CRIO9004 made by National-Instrument as well as the popular DKR031EINSCHUB original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3800HFPG1D1B by Ge and DMC2180 spares by Galil-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F31X302DC1ANG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge-Fanuc. |
