COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CACR-SRCA30BBSY124 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gemini products, including obsoleted and phased-out Industrial-Drives parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gemini such as the B412 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B202C21 manufactured by Industrial-Drives and we are pleased to be able to service most Industrial-Drives systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BLM63104 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand C6K17FK21L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bell--Gossett such as C140454 equipment made by Bell--Gossett have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bell--Gossett products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bell--Gossett" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BMH0703T16F1A made by Schneider as well as the popular C011F5595 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BALDORBSM80B375BAACWBRAKE by Baldor and C140454 spares by Bell--Gossett are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BSM90B275AX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
