COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CACR-SR02AB1ER parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued United-Power products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yokogawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader United-Power such as the DB25F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DR1015B manufactured by Yokogawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yokogawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A970G0TTBAB by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 63497890 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Van-Dorn such as CRTPathfinder equipment made by Van-Dorn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Van-Dorn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Van-Dorn" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CQPI3D200C2P made by Proface as well as the popular 5528325 original spares produced by Phoenix-Contact Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK109920T10 by Yuken and CRTPathfinder spares by Van-Dorn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711et10c15 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
