COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CACRIR030303FB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze-Americas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the FRZ24055KUL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EVS9328EP manufactured by Lenze-Americas and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze-Americas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DH485 by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS200DMCBG1AJE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as F160C10E equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FIS68001200G made by Abb as well as the popular F459001 original spares produced by Weston Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F31X302DCIAGG1 by Electric and F160C10E spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FRA24O45KUL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
