COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CACR-HR15BAB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued National-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader National-Electronics such as the E2910B31SDHT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2D78522G01 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F930GOTBWDEHM by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand CACRSRCA10BBBREVD1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Future-Life such as EHDWCA4SIM equipment made by Future-Life have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Future-Life products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Future-Life" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2711PB7C4A8 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 1492IFM20F3 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711K6C12711K6C3 by Allen-Bradley and EHDWCA4SIM spares by Future-Life are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A05B2266C10SGL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
