COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa BOARD/YPHT31020-1-0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the DS3800DGRA1E1C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DM6004X1FA1 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS200DMCBG1ACB by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand DCP7115GHF15012H0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Performance-Controls such as CPC396 equipment made by Performance-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Performance-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Performance-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DX22022 made by Yokogawa as well as the popular DSDX110 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3800NADA1E1F by Ge and CPC396 spares by Performance-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DSAI133 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asea. |
