COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa USASEM-02AS2K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamagawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motor such as the UJ5S2AM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TSM1308N8033E227APU01113 manufactured by Tamagawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamagawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature USACEM05AA2 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yasakawa Brand USAFED20FB2TH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Singulus-Technologies such as TC47 equipment made by Singulus-Technologies have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Singulus-Technologies products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Singulus-Technologies" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TLARA1100EB2A made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular TSB124 original spares produced by Thaishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TLYA230THJ62AN by Allen-Bradley and TC47 spares by Singulus-Technologies are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original USAMED30MS2TD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
