COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa USAREM-01CYR31011 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vexta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 K2 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the TS4062N402E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UPK543ATG30 manufactured by Vexta and we are pleased to be able to service most Vexta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TC9TC10 by Manufacturer K2 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand USAFED20FS2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as TTR42054100A equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available USAFED20CB2S made by Yaskawa as well as the popular USAGED05AS2K original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS2013016 by Tai-Shi and TTR42054100A spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TA4N0035 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brook. |
