COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa USAGED-O9A22TE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tamagawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schroeder product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tamagawa such as the TS3413N1E4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T56S1010A manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TF38TZ10SMS5 by Manufacturer Schroeder as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand UGJMED80MA20F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Alpha such as SP75MF15 equipment made by Alpha have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Alpha products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Alpha" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TTBH29533076T made by Inland as well as the popular TSG4R5AGMRX3X original spares produced by Rowan-Elettronica Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TT403300C by Inland and SP75MF15 spares by Alpha are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original USADED22YG11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
