COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa USAFED-20FA2K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tai-Shi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Animatics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tai-Shi such as the TSB010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SRA3004206014000 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM2316DTPLS2 by Manufacturer Animatics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand SMN1422P5DKPSN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Industrial-Drives such as TT42084300EMRP equipment made by Industrial-Drives have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Industrial-Drives products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Industrial-Drives" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UGCMEM04MC56 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular TS530N33E9 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SMARTMOTOR by Animatics and TT42084300EMRP spares by Industrial-Drives are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
