COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa USAFED-20FA2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perfection-Gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 North-American product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the T56H1100NUL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UC2610A manufactured by Perfection-Gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Perfection-Gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS56C1M4 by Manufacturer North-American as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand USADED22YRS11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marathon such as U059A equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marathon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marathon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TS4105N106E36 made by Matsushita as well as the popular TTB129533002D original spares produced by Industrial-Drives Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T3819 by Lincoln and U059A spares by Marathon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TT42871010D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
