COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa USADED-32-YR12 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ac-Servo-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Motor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the SRF5360444982BC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SVL207 manufactured by Ac-Servo-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Ac-Servo-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U2P2GC by Manufacturer Us-Motor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Alpha Brand SP140M17 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Datametrics-Ledex such as SSM20005SE6 equipment made by Datametrics-Ledex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Datametrics-Ledex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Datametrics-Ledex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TM2000026A made by Santec as well as the popular SS1245C original spares produced by Kel-tech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UGHMED12TMA2 by Yaskawa and SSM20005SE6 spares by Datametrics-Ledex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SJPF7501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
