COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa SGMGH-44A2A-YR14 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rx130hr1136 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yasakawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMG20ASABB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RX130HR1136 manufactured by Rx130hr1136 and we are pleased to be able to service most Rx130hr1136 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMGH13A2AYR71 by Manufacturer Yasakawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lincoln Brand SF4P40T6IY in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mj-Tooling such as SD2754 equipment made by Mj-Tooling have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mj-Tooling products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mj-Tooling" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMD32AWAYR12 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SAM1070 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMG44V2A by Yaskawa and SD2754 spares by Mj-Tooling are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S43EA00P010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
