COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa SGMGH-12A2A-YR23 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Aeg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fadal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Aeg such as the S33FR00F0V0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the REM0119GM4050 manufactured by Fadal and we are pleased to be able to service most Fadal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGM08U2HA12 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumuller Brand SBM2003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cone-Drive-Operations such as RG151060SSAF03BGKCZ equipment made by Cone-Drive-Operations have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cone-Drive-Operations products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cone-Drive-Operations" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R65HEAPR2NSNV00 made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular RL2586 original spares produced by Saftronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMG20ASRAB by Yaskawa and RG151060SSAF03BGKCZ spares by Cone-Drive-Operations are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R88DKN01LECT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
