COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa SGMGH-12A2A-YR23 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the R88DWN05HML2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R911299914 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMDH45A2BYR15 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGM08A314Y1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parker such as RS60100LUampJ0702FEN10N equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S47DT71D4ASDX made by Sew as well as the popular R63GENANPRWVS02 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SBSV1453028 by Sbc and RS60100LUampJ0702FEN10N spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RS2DT71D6KS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
