COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa SGMG-30ASAB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ross products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mj-Tooling parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bayside product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ross such as the RC1252P01FS400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD0786 manufactured by Mj-Tooling and we are pleased to be able to service most Mj-Tooling systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RA6020CPH83150 by Manufacturer Bayside as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dunkermotoren Brand RE302500BG63 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as SA47TDRSS71S4BE05HRa equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGM03L384CL made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SB4004M11112Z original spares produced by Ragonot Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R911283966 by Rexroth and SA47TDRSS71S4BE05HRa spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R88MU03030TA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
