COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa SGMG20A2AB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lincoln products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lincoln such as the SF4P50TC61Y spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S33FA00 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGDS20A72AY539 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lincoln Brand SD4P150T64PY in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Giordano-Colombo such as RV11022 equipment made by Giordano-Colombo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Giordano-Colombo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Giordano-Colombo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SD2754 made by Mj-Tooling as well as the popular SGM01UW12SP original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S2P177W060G1 by Baldor and RV11022 spares by Giordano-Colombo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S64GR00P010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
