COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa SGMAH-01AAA4B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dunkermotoren parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo such as the R580BT002EL2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RE302500BG63 manufactured by Dunkermotoren and we are pleased to be able to service most Dunkermotoren systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGM08A314M by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pacific-Scientific Brand R43GCNAR2NSNV00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yasakawa such as SGM02L3B4L equipment made by Yasakawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yasakawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yasakawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R32DT71C4BM605HR made by Sew as well as the popular RX61DT90S4 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R911281728 by Rexroth and SGM02L3B4L spares by Yasakawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R43GENAR2M2NV02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pacific-Scientific. |
