COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa SGM-08A314L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nsk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the R6ZESD444TS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGM02U3B4L manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RS0608DN512 by Manufacturer Nsk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand R47R37DT71C44RPM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Elau such as SB07040100511S0164EOKN equipment made by Elau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elau" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R47DT71C4BMG05HRVS made by Sew as well as the popular R45GENAR2NSVS00 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R88MK3K030CB by Omron and SB07040100511S0164EOKN spares by Elau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
