COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa SGM-04U312 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electro-Craft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Silvermax parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sbc-Milano product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Craft such as the S55JXSKA6079 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QCI34HC3E301QCI34HC3E301 manufactured by Silvermax and we are pleased to be able to service most Silvermax systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SB1453008ML by Manufacturer Sbc-Milano as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SAM1040 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as R93LP182 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R46SSNASSNSNV02 made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular R46HENAR2NSNV00 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SFA4023003014000 by Bosch and R93LP182 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SF57SDT90L82BMG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
