COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa JANCD-SP20B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Saia products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kessler-ellis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kaspro-Usa/international product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Saia such as the PCD7R550M04 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMI8056MMI8056 manufactured by Kessler-ellis and we are pleased to be able to service most Kessler-ellis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KA562040000010050002 by Manufacturer Kaspro-Usa/international as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand JUSPDCP10B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as JZNC0P1572 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MS1004 made by Uster as well as the popular ML104CT1200E original spares produced by Monitech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P11231586T by Axiom and JZNC0P1572 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MI4110KC1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moeller. |
