COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa JANCD-SP20B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Axiom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Axiom such as the P11231586T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OIS40ampTDR1286SMDR28 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M34KLP22XX02 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Uster Brand MS1004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Phoenix-Contact such as OPC5315007AB equipment made by Phoenix-Contact have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Phoenix-Contact products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Phoenix-Contact" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NDP900000000 made by Trend as well as the popular MBC959A original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JZNCXPP02 by Yaskawa and OPC5315007AB spares by Phoenix-Contact are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MV4570TA2100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moeller. |
