COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yasakawa DF7000055 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Uniop products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metzenauer--Jung parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eagle product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Uniop such as the ePAD030046 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DGSL1210E manufactured by Metzenauer--Jung and we are pleased to be able to service most Metzenauer--Jung systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EPAC3108M03 by Manufacturer Eagle as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Idec Brand FT1AC12RAW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nematron such as IC63A1J8310361 equipment made by Nematron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DL20 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular FVN184THTL17078AAL original spares produced by Ssd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DX20412AR2F1 by Yokogawa and IC63A1J8310361 spares by Nematron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G310C230 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Red-Lion. |
