COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yamatake EST0300C01WBX00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hope products, including obsoleted and phased-out Future-Designs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dea product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hope such as the HISML19CTBF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FDC2010 manufactured by Future-Designs and we are pleased to be able to service most Future-Designs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G59602801 by Manufacturer Dea as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Beckhoff Brand KL6001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dainippon-Screen such as GESP0012 equipment made by Dainippon-Screen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dainippon-Screen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dainippon-Screen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GT1662VTBA made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular FPM107TF original spares produced by Ied Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IPCPTL600SPCWC100 by Contec and GESP0012 spares by Dainippon-Screen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EZDT4CFS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Agv-Ez--Automation. |
