COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yamaha KB8-M5880-543 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Digital parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC071A0ES3C095B0S001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M8981F manufactured by Digital and we are pleased to be able to service most Digital systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MG800J1US51 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand MC4115 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as MDSBCV220 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPLB330PMJ24AA made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular MWSST2 original spares produced by Wadeco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPGA025031M22 by Allen-Bradley and MDSBCV220 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MLL800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Piab. |
