COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the World Wide XWW35-36-184T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the USAFED13FJ11wUTOPI600UB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VM3581T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UGJMED60LA20F by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand VMB3558TS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control-Techniques such as UNIMOTOR equipment made by Control-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Techniques" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UGHMED20TMA3 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular X2551342125 original spares produced by Thompson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the USAPEM01MA14 by Matsushita and UNIMOTOR spares by Control-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VEWDM3558T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
