COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Worcester Controls RK44 T R17 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Accu-coder products, including obsoleted and phased-out Action-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Badley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Accu-coder such as the 755A07S1000ROC1SSN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G4680000 manufactured by Action-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Action-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 875CPGM30N34A2 by Manufacturer Allen-Badley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Zero-Max Brand TT3BD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ai-Tek such as 700851010179 equipment made by Ai-Tek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ai-Tek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ai-Tek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 42SRP made by Allen-Badley as well as the popular 846SJDN1CGR3SERA original spares produced by Allen-Badley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 845THZ53EEN by Allen-Badley and 700851010179 spares by Ai-Tek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 22DJ44000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Badley. |
