COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Woodward SA-1637-24 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Krauss-Maffei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amat-Applied-Materials parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pneumatic-Division product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Krauss-Maffei such as the 5089880 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 010001028 manufactured by Amat-Applied-Materials and we are pleased to be able to service most Amat-Applied-Materials systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0325CJ2HLTV14C8000 by Manufacturer Pneumatic-Division as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 0588202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sci such as 802312 equipment made by Sci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sci" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XPSAFL5130P made by Schneider as well as the popular 0528542 original spares produced by Reliance-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 086155001 by Accuray and 802312 spares by Sci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1070070309 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
