COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Wittur GMBH FSV 4I015A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dvt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GP570TC3124V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ISS54000000 manufactured by Dvt and we are pleased to be able to service most Dvt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC3600TPSE1 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC697CPX782 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Burndy such as GP64526G1 equipment made by Burndy have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Burndy products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Burndy" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IF25502331399023305740 made by Guzik as well as the popular JUKI3711PTN original spares produced by Iei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K3NXVD2AT1 by Omron and GP64526G1 spares by Burndy are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IVC3D21112 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
