COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Wittenstein SP 060S-MC1-10-1C1-2K-PS1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Zae products, including obsoleted and phased-out Zero-Max parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Accuweb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Zae such as the 3730001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC050R manufactured by Zero-Max and we are pleased to be able to service most Zero-Max systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4X14U453002 by Manufacturer Accuweb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Aera Brand FC7700C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Advanced-Micro such as NR25FB1B1PE04 equipment made by Advanced-Micro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advanced-Micro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advanced-Micro" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 809SAB010A1 made by Allen-Badley as well as the popular 99691 original spares produced by Allen-Badley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 70405727 by World-Wide-Electric and NR25FB1B1PE04 spares by Advanced-Micro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FCQY262 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer World-Wide-Electric. |
