COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Wittenstein LP70-M02-25-111-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yamatake products, including obsoleted and phased-out Worcester parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yamatake such as the AHC2001CPA0000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 39MODEL15R5 manufactured by Worcester and we are pleased to be able to service most Worcester systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AB12C0335 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Worldwide Brand PEWWE401275364T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wonst such as MB9NUUG0 equipment made by Wonst have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wonst products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wonst" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KM403T made by Witt-gasetechnik as well as the popular CACRSR03SZ1SS original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AKBX910M by Yaskawa and MB9NUUG0 spares by Wonst are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2039SN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Worcester. |
