COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Wittenstein 120S-M03-15 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Subak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Force parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Chesterton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Subak such as the 24RS1202 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 254A3U1Q9PZB manufactured by Force and we are pleased to be able to service most Force systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 155AR16 by Manufacturer Chesterton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Falk Brand 2145Y31151 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnecorp such as 200MC90B equipment made by Magnecorp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnecorp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnecorp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 175Q56L20 made by Morse as well as the popular 2251 original spares produced by Philadelphia Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 21ALC515LFX0004 by Electra-gear and 200MC90B spares by Magnecorp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 202UCBN2A63 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk. |
